“With Clark’s strategic approach, we expect to have a higher freshmen enrollment this year!”

Clark Communications filled an important and strategic role for Montreat College. Tom and his entire team made us feel like our school was their only client by patiently and promptly guiding us through the many different facets of our search marketing campaign.

First, Clark took the time to get to know our school. Montreat College was founded and continues to exist on its Christ-centered, student-focused, service-driven mission. Clark’s team came to campus and didn't present another canned presentation, which many vendors did, instead they asked questions, listened and did the work necessary in order to present the best and most competitively priced proposal.

Kristen’s enrollment management and admissions experience was invaluable for making the best use of our search budget. We spent significantly less on search list purchases this year, but with Clark’s more targeted search strategy, we expect to have a higher freshmen enrollment this year!

Clark also provided exceptional service throughout the contract. They did not disappear as soon as all the contracts were signed! They organized meetings with us to monitor search purchases and update my staff on mailings and other print projects. There was also continual feedback and interaction with Clark’s design team to allow our college’s decision makers and enrollment and marketing sta to provide input on the design of our enrollment collateral.

While I could include so much more about the exceptional people at Clark and the services they provide, let us close by saying that they are just good people. Every interaction was positive from the friendliness of the delivery guy to their graphic designers and production staff who graciously allowed us to make a multitude of changes (sometimes at the last minute!).
